HARVEST

Ginger is usually planted in the spring (February – March of the solar calendar), after 7-8 months of planting, the ginger plant will be old, the leaves will wilt and fall (if you want to harvest young ginger, harvest about 5 months later). when planted). Choose a sunny day, farmers proceed to harvest ginger. When harvesting ginger, it is necessary to dig skillfully, avoiding breaking or crushing the ginger root, which is easy to create conditions for pests to enter. The stems and leaves are scattered in the field. After harvesting, farmers bring ginger to the factory to clean and classify ginger.

FACTORY

After harvesting ginger to the factory, ginger will be washed and dried naturally. Vipsen’s ginger factory is present in many provinces and cities such as Thanh Hoa, Yen Bai, Hoa Binh, Lao Cai, Bac Giang, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La, An Giang, Soc Trang, Central Highlands, etc. the place where people grow ginger. FACTORY CAPACITY

Vipsen ginger factory has enough capacity to serve more than 100 enterprises and enterprises in Vietnam and is expanding further because the domestic and international demand for ginger is growing. Factory products include:

Fresh ginger: 1000 tons/year

Ginger oil: 500 tons/year

Dry ginger: 500 tons/year

Peeled ginger: 500 tons/year

Ginger powder: 500 tons/year

Young ginger: 400 tons/year

PACKING AND STORAGE

After the ginger has been dried, it will be put into cartons or mesh bags:

  • Carton: 10kg/carton
  • Mesh bag: 20kg/carton

Other products will also be properly packaged.

After canning, the boxes will be neatly stacked in a cool, dry warehouse to wait for the truck to be transported domestically or for export.
